MANUFACTURING
- The armored or anti-burglary door is manufactured with triple or double steel sheet with the thicknesses appropriate to the requested ballistic level. Its interior is structured by welded steel profiles, through MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, and filled with special thermo-acoustic insulation material.
- The armored or anti-burglary stop is manufactured with folded steel plates with the thicknesses appropriate to the requested ballistic level.
Manufactured with triple or double steel sheet with the thicknesses to match the requested resistance level, the armored or anti-burglary doors of WILLTEC guarantee safety and peace of mind.
The masonry flooring uses steel plates fixed to the walls, by means of a soldering iron or anchors and welded together with electric welding. Sheet thicknesses are compatible with the requested strength level.
The finish is done in primer bottom to receive painting.
The armored or anti-burglary frames are manufactured with steel profiles welded together by MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, with thicknesses appropriate to the ballistic level requested by the customer.
Shielded or anti-vandalism shutters are manufactured with "V" shaped steel profiles, which, in addition to making visibility impossible, do not allow the projectile to penetrate in any direction. Even without compromising the passage of air and sound, safety is guaranteed.
